Leticia Ossa Daza

Leticia is Partner and Head Latin America Practice at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton and Garrison LLP, a premier law firm of more than 1,000 lawyers with multiple offices in the USA, Asia, Europe and Canada. Leticia built a successful corporate law practice focused on M&A and continues to advise some of the most well-known corporations as they internationalize and diversify their portfolios Previously she funded and led the Latin America Practice Group at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP where she was also elected to Willkie’s Executive Committee, which governs the firm, making her the first Latina to hold this role.
Some of her awards include Latinvex’s “Top 100 Lawyers” and its “Top 100 Female Lawyers,” The Legal 500’s “Private Practice Powerlist,” and its Lawyers of Color’s “Law Firm Leaders” list. The International Committee of Women Together presented Leticia with its annual Women Together Award. She was also honored as one of LatinoJustice’s “Latina Trailblazers.”
Leticia also advocates for immigrants, human rights, and diversity in the workplace. She supports organizations like Aid for Aids/Aid for Life and LatinoJustice. She is a frequent speaker and columnist for La Republica on international business and societal trends. She is also an active member of YPO, the Young Presidents’ Organization, and a supporter of many charities, including Aid for Aids/Aid for Life.
As an author, her "Confesiones de Una Mujer Real" is already inspiring and empowering young Latinas and beyond.
A native Colombian, Leticia is fluent in English, French, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese. She graduated from Sciences Po Paris, Sorbonne, and Fordham Law School.
